I can tell you why they exist, though like you, it's not really my style. I once saw a playboy girl who said when she modelled for the mag, one of the things they did was to 'perk her up'. Basically, it gets attention, it simulates what really happens when women become aroused and basically draws attention to the 'brestal area'. If you read the comments on the site (if you can stand it) most of the ppl commenting on the accessory are a) guys who just like it and b) skanks (IMHO anyway) . So there you go, not my style, but there is a market out there...
